Exceptional experience at Molle Toyota. I went to two other Toyota dealerships in the area before going to Molle, and none of them compared. Not only did Molle have more inventory of the Toyota Grand Highlander’s, but everyone I worked with treated me like they were trying to earn my business rather than expecting it. Highlanders are hard to come by and it’s a sellers market both other major Kansas dealers treated me as such. I worked with Firas throughout the process and he was phenomenal. He made the process of purchasing a car seamless. The finance department also was very helpful and easy to work with.

Bought my Rav4 from “Z” at Molle Toyota and had a great experience. Dealerships get a lot of bad press for high pressure sales tricks and just generally being an unpleasant reality when it’s time to shop for a car, but Molle was certainly not that. Z was one of the kindest salesmen I’ve ever encountered in any line of sales - knowledgeable about the product, genuinely interested in finding his clients the RIGHT car for them (vs. just trying to sell sell sell), and an overall easy guy to work with on a car deal. I can’t say enough good things about Skylar Schallenberg and the team at Molle Toyota. We had an unexpected issue with our vehicle that turned into a pretty significant repair, and from the very beginning, Skylar was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly, and kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how much he took care of for us. Once insurance became involved, Skylar handled the communication and coordination on the dealership side, which kept a lot of the stress and back-and-forth off of us. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening. Skylar and Molle Toyota made what could have been a frustrating and complicated situation feel incredibly simple and seamless. They took our problem, handled it professionally, communicated throughout the process, and ultimately made our issue disappear. Great communication, great service, and even better customer care. During delivery, training /exposure was given to assist us with a fast start using features of the Highlander. Overall, a job well done.

Great buying experience

Fantastic experience at Molle Toyota! Kaylyn (I may have her name wrong) in the parts department ordered a part for me about a week prior to my appointment & we were unsure if it would arrive on time, and she kept in great communication with me along the way, ending in her delivering the final news that my part did arrive at the end of the day the day before my appointment. And today my service was completed by Jason M, who was extremely kind, helpful, quick, and productive. Really appreciate the workers here all around!!

We had been looking for a very specific vehicle, and we found the perfect match on Molle’s inventory website. I reached out to the sales manager, Alyssa, and she connected us with our salesperson, Deny. Both of these ladies were wonderful to work with, and made our car buying experience seamless. I regularly bring my 05 Tundra here for maintenance. They are always straight forward with estimates, quick with the work and professional in handling. I have utilized both their loaner vehicle and shuttle services and both would recommend either option. The bottom line is these folks know Toyotas. If you own one bring it here for maintenance / repair. 10/09/26 update: Still think they are good. Deducting a point because this is the 3rd time I've asked to have my spare filled and it wasn't touched. Very frustrating to buy a couple tires and still have a low tire light on.
